Kim Lockwood is an occupational
therapist and certified hand therapist specializing in rehabilitation of the
hand and upper extremity. "It is a privilege to be part of the team that
helps people return to work and to their favorite recreational activities
after an injury or surgery," says Lockwood.
Kim attended Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Horticulture Therapy He received a Master of Science degree
in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo,
Michigan.
Kim is certified by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and licensed as
an occupational therapist with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. He is
a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the Kansas
Occupational Therapy Association.
As a Michigan native, Kim and his family return there often to visit
relatives and to see real lakes and large trees. Kim enjoys creative cooking, spending time
in the garden and bee keeping.
