Leslie Schrandt, occupational therapist and certified hand therapist, strives to see things from the patient’s perspective. “I see myself as the liaison between the physician and the patient while at the same time focusing on helping the patient meet his/her goals,” says Schrandt. “Our close relationship with our physicians ensures that questions are answered to the best of our abilities, and people are returned to activities specific to them.” Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Newman University.
Leslie is certified by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and licensed with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, her two children, and their dog, Seminole. Don’t be surprised to find Leslie at the gym running or just working out. On the volleyball court, you will find her at the net.
